About This Course

This course is designed keeping the startup workspace in mind where terms such as Retention Cohorts, ARPU, LTV etc. are frequently thrown around. What do these terms really mean and why are they so important?

In this course, I will break down the most important metrics that companies (across industries) track to keep a pulse on its health.

What Will You Learn?

  • Customer Acquisition Costs
  • Retention & Retention Cohorts
  • Gross & Net Margin
  • DAU, MAU & User Sessions
  • and much more...
